Chantilly Highlands is a cozy family community conveniently located off of Centreville Road. Chantilly Highlands consists of 909 single-family constructed between 1980 and 1994.
A playground, two playhouses, picnic benches and two tennis courts are situated next to the Chantilly Highlands community center, complete with pool, baby pool, and bath house. A paved bike path follows along a creek in Horsepen Run Stream Valley Park, connecting two sections of the neighborhood.
The Franklin Farm Village Center, less than a quarter mile east of Chantilly Highlands, offers a variety of stores. A large grocery store containing a pharmacy and bank is the core of the shopping center. Five restaurants covering a variety of different tastes, a dry cleaner, gift shop, coffee shop, video rental store, a bank and a gas station are just some of the other shops offered at the Franklin Farm Village Center. There is also a medical facility housing an orthopedic surgical center and other medical offices. There is also another shopping center a quarter mile west offering another grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants.
